Excited to announce that Martin Pallets has commenced construction on our new industrial unit, just on the periphery of Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.
The requirement to move operations to a new site has arisen from a need to expand our business, due to an increased demand for reconditioned wooden pallets within the circular economy. Sustainable manufacturing is at the very core of our business and our products play an integral role in the need to continue pushing forward with the supply of products that are used daily in the supply chain industry. Our new building will also provide us with the space to incorporate new more efficient machinery for manufacturing. Our long-term plan will also include the expansion of our work force, to facilitate an increase in projected production.
Martin Pallets is the only pallet recycling company in the North-East region of Ireland. It is important to remember that most recycling companies are not equipped to deal with pallet disposal and recycling, so the need is there for specialist wood pallet recycling centres for correct processing. Our facility will have the tools and skills required for refurbishing and reconditioning these pallets efficiently & getting them back out into the local economy for re-use.
